Remembrance 2018

Sunday 11 November 2018 marked 100 years since the end of World War I, and as part of the Broadstairs community, the School was represented this year by our Deputy Head Boy and Head Girl at the Town's Remembrance Service laying a wreath at The War Memorial at Pierremont Hall.  

The rain held off for a moving service attended by local organisations and dignitaries all paying their respects.  The order of service reminded us of the sacrifices made by those who fought and lost their lives historically and also to give thought to those, and their families, who are currently serving.

The coming together of the local community for this Remembrance service was superb and it was an honour for the School to take part.

Lest we forget …
