Poppy's Power of 10!

A student at the School competes regularly for Thanet Athletics Club and is currently 3rd in the country for the Pentathlon U13 girls!

 

Poppy’s mother told us that her last competition was at Lee Valley Athletics Centre, London - As part of the Pentathlon she has to take part in 5 events in one day (high jump, long jump, 60m hurdles, shot put and finally finishing with 800m). Her last competition saw her smash 4/5 personal bests.  Well done Poppy!
