LASAR Event

Year 8 and 9 students visited Christ Church University to attend a LASAR event on AI, Engineering and Creativity.

Students completed a number of activities throughout the day, focusing on big questions surrounding science and religion. They debated whether the “Bristlebots” they made were alive; whether robots can be good friends and the meaning behind art.  Student then took part in a Q&A session with university students.

The day was attention-grabbing and students definitely left with a lot more “big questions” to think about!
