CDS Christmas Charity

The School chose to collect non-perishable items for a local foodbank at the Six Bells Children’s Centre in Margate this year as part of their Christmas charity fundraising. Staff made cash donations instead of sending Christmas cards and form groups collected jars, tins and cupboard store items as well as Christmas gifts. Everything was delivered to the Centre, and they were very grateful to everyone who donated - They have a foodbank each week and with the addition of Christmas items and gifts will be making up gift boxes to offer families in addition to any standard items they need. Well done to everyone involved, students and staff.
