Engineering Club made jack-o’-lanterns which are a traditional decoration for Halloween. Pupils drew a design and then used Techsoft to transfer it to a computer and print the face of their jack-o’-lantern on the laser cutter. These look amazing !#cdsdt #cdsengineering pic.twitter.com/ff2kRVTuFa

CDS Textiles students have been looking at cells through an exciting workshop where part of the project was to explore plastics to create transparent pieces.
They were asked to create the line, colour and shape seen under a microscope and to use their research to create their own microscope slides.
