Key Stage 4 Cooking Club

This year’s Cooking Club at CDS has kicked off with a term of making bread and pastries!

Pupils made focaccia to start the term off, and more recently individual latticed apple pies – a very autumnal theme.

Technically challenging, and difficult to make in an hour, the budding chefs did extremely well making their own pastry for the pies.

KS4 Cooking Club open to CDS pupils in Years 9, 10 and 11. It’s free for Hospitality & Catering pupils in these year groups with all ingredients for recipes being provided.
