Thanet Young Artists Festival 2019

The Art Department at The Charles Dickens School entered the “Thanet Young Artists Festival 2019”, an annual art competition where work from Thanet schools is displayed and judged in Sainsburys Superstore Westwood Cross.

Two CDS students were awarded prizes for their work.  One Year 8 receiving first prize for her Year group (the Eye) and the other a merit certificate (Girl Holding a Heart).  Both students worked extremely hard for the competition and they have been rewarded for their efforts.  Congratulations to both students.
