To Kill a Mockingbird Theatre Trip

Posted on: 12/10/2022

A group of 30 Year 9 and Year 10 CDS pupils had the fantastic opportunity to visit the Gielgud Theatre in the West End, to watch a performance of ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’.

The play, based on the classic novel by Harper Lee was a hit with the group, who had recently read the novel as part of their cultural capital read. Trip leaders commented on the impact the play had on pupils, at this time of year, as the School celebrates Black History Month.
